Thank you for choosing Into The Wild Studios Ltd for your graphic design, web design, and NFC card needs. We strive to provide high-quality services and products to all our customers. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Graphic Design & Web Design Services
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not available for graphic design or web design projects. Once work has commenced or been completed, payments are non-refundable. If you have any concerns regarding the quality of the work, please contact us to discuss possible revisions to meet your expectations.
2. NFC Cards
We take pride in the quality of our NFC cards. If you receive a faulty NFC card that does not function as intended, you may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

The issue must be reported within 14 days of purchase.

The NFC card must be unused and in its original condition.

Proof of purchase must be provided.

The item must be returned to us for inspection before a refund or replacement is issued.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for NFC cards that have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or modifications by the customer.
3. How to Request a Refund for NFC Cards
To request a refund or replacement for a faulty NFC card, please contact our customer support team at luke@itwstudios.co.uk. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant images or videos demonstrating the fault. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
4. Google Business Profile Setup & Verification Clause

By purchasing our Google Business Profile setup and optimisation service, you agree to the following:
We will carry out the full setup and optimisation of your Google Business Profile in line with best practices. This includes creating or configuring your profile, adding business details, optimising content, and preparing the listing for visibility on Google.
Verification Requirement
Google may require identity or business verification (including, but not limited to, video verification). This is a mandatory process set and controlled entirely by Google.
You (the client) are solely responsible for completing any verification steps requested.
We cannot:
- Bypass or influence Google’s verification process
- Submit verification on your behalf where restricted
- Guarantee successful verification or approval
Client Responsibility
Failure or refusal to complete required verification steps will prevent the listing from going live. This does not constitute a failure of service.
No Guarantee Clause
While we optimise your profile to the highest standard, we do not guarantee:
- Verification approval
- Specific rankings or positions
- Enquiry levels or business performance
Refund Policy
Due to the time, labour, and digital nature of this service:
- Once setup and optimisation work has commenced or been completed, no refunds will be issued
- Refunds will not be granted where the client fails or refuses to complete required verification steps
- Any delays caused by verification processes are outside of our control
