These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Into The Wild Studios Ltd. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


1. About Us

Into The Wild Studios Ltd provides professional creative services including, but not limited to:

  • Website Design
  • Graphic Design
  • Logo Design
  • Branding
  • Flyer Design
  • Business Card Design
  • Social Media Graphics
  • Email Footer Designs
  • SEO Services
  • Marketing Materials
  • Digital Design Services

2. Placing an Order

By placing an order you confirm that:

  • You are authorised to purchase the service.
  • You have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
  • You agree to provide accurate information required to complete your project.

3. Payments

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is required before work begins.

Projects will not commence until payment has cleared.

Once payment has been received and work has commenced on your bespoke project, no refunds will be issued. This is because all artwork, websites and creative services are produced specifically for your business and cannot be resold.

Should you decide to cancel your order after work has started, Into The Wild Studios Ltd reserves the right to retain all monies paid to cover time, labour and resources already invested into the project.


4. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are:

Graphic Design Services

  • Approximately 1–2 weeks

Including:

  • Flyer Design
  • Business Cards
  • Logo Design
  • Social Media Graphics
  • Email Footers
  • General Graphic Design

Website Design

Approximately 2–4 weeks depending on the size and complexity of the project.

These times are estimates only.

Project completion depends on:

  • Client communication
  • Information supplied
  • Project complexity
  • Current workload

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all requested content including:

  • Text
  • Images
  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Contact information
  • Inspiration
  • Any other required materials

Failure to provide information may delay the project.


6. Failure to Respond

Once an order has been placed, Into The Wild Studios Ltd will contact you to begin your project.

If you fail to respond to our emails, messages or requests for information for a period exceeding two (2) months, your project will be considered abandoned.

As your allocated design slot has been reserved specifically for your project:

  • We will not complete the work.
  • Your project will be closed.
  • No refund will be issued.

Should you wish to continue after this period, a new quotation or restart fee may apply.


7. Design Revisions

Our graphic design services include up to three (3) reasonable revisions unless otherwise stated.

A revision is intended to refine an existing design.

It does not include completely redesigning the artwork.

Additional revisions beyond those included will incur an additional design fee.


8. Exact Customer Briefs

Where a customer provides a detailed design brief, layout, reference image or specific instructions and Into The Wild Studios creates the design exactly as requested, no revisions are included.

If the completed design matches your exact brief, any further changes requested will be treated as additional work and charged accordingly.

Where you give our design team complete creative freedom, the included revisions stated in Section 7 will apply.


9. Creative Freedom

Where you ask Into The Wild Studios Ltd to create an original design, our designers will use their professional judgement and creativity to produce the best possible outcome.

Reasonable revisions are included.

Major changes to the original brief after design work has begun may incur additional charges.


10. Website Hosting

Our website hosting service costs £20 per month.

This monthly hosting fee includes:

  • Website hosting
  • Secure server storage
  • Plugin updates
  • Website security updates
  • Routine maintenance
  • Website monitoring
  • Server management

This hosting fee does not include:

  • Website edits
  • New pages
  • Design changes
  • SEO work
  • Adding features
  • Content updates
  • Training
  • Technical support outside hosting

Once your website has been completed and approved, ongoing changes become the responsibility of the customer.

If you require Into The Wild Studios Ltd to make changes in the future, these will be chargeable at our current rates.


11. Website Approval

Before your website goes live, you are responsible for reviewing it carefully.

This includes checking:

  • Spelling
  • Grammar
  • Images
  • Contact details
  • Links
  • Layout
  • Functionality

Once approval has been given and the website has gone live, any future amendments will be treated as additional work and charged accordingly.


12. Website Administrator Access

Where your website is hosted by Into The Wild Studios Ltd, website administration remains under our management.

To protect your website’s security, functionality and ongoing support, administrator login details must not be shared with third parties without our prior written permission.

This includes:

  • Other web designers
  • Developers
  • Marketing agencies
  • SEO companies
  • Freelancers
  • Friends
  • Family members
  • Any other third party

If unauthorised administrator accounts are created or administrator access is provided without our written permission, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend website support.
  • Suspend hosting services.
  • Remove unauthorised administrator accounts.
  • Charge for repairing any issues caused by unauthorised access.

If you wish to have complete control over administrator accounts, you are welcome to transfer your website to alternative hosting.

Once your website is no longer hosted by Into The Wild Studios Ltd, you may manage administrator access as you wish.


13. Customer Website Changes

Once a website has been completed, Into The Wild Studios Ltd accepts no responsibility for faults caused by customer modifications.

This includes:

  • Editing files
  • Installing plugins
  • Removing plugins
  • Editing code
  • Theme changes
  • Settings changes
  • Third-party software

Any repairs required due to customer modifications will be chargeable.


14. SEO

Whilst we follow recognised SEO best practices, Into The Wild Studios Ltd cannot guarantee:

  • First page Google rankings
  • Number one rankings
  • Specific keyword positions
  • Increased enquiries
  • Increased traffic
  • Increased sales

Search engine algorithms constantly change and remain outside our control.


15. Intellectual Property

Ownership of completed work transfers to the client once full payment has been received.

Into The Wild Studios Ltd reserves the right to display completed work within:

  • Our website
  • Portfolio
  • Social media
  • Marketing materials
  • Advertisements

unless otherwise agreed in writing.


16. Client Content

You confirm that you own or have permission to use all:

  • Images
  • Logos
  • Videos
  • Fonts
  • Text
  • Trademarks

provided to Into The Wild Studios Ltd.

We accept no responsibility for copyright infringement arising from materials supplied by the client.


17. Third Party Services

Into The Wild Studios Ltd is not responsible for problems caused by third-party services including:

  • WordPress
  • Plugins
  • Hosting providers
  • Domain providers
  • Google
  • Meta
  • Email providers
  • Payment providers
  • Third-party software

Where repairs are required due to third-party issues, these may be chargeable.


18. Project Scope

Your quotation includes only the work agreed before the project begins.

Additional requests including:

  • Extra pages
  • Additional graphics
  • New functionality
  • Design changes
  • Additional services

will be quoted separately.


19. Portfolio Rights

Unless agreed otherwise before work begins, Into The Wild Studios Ltd reserves the right to showcase completed work within our portfolio and marketing.


20. Abuse Towards Staff

We pride ourselves on providing professional customer service.

Abusive, threatening, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour towards any member of our team will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to terminate projects or hosting agreements immediately where such behaviour occurs.

Where work has already commenced, no refund will be issued.


21. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, clients must first contact Into The Wild Studios Ltd to allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.

Should a chargeback be raised, we reserve the right to submit all project evidence including:

  • Emails
  • Messages
  • Design proofs
  • Project files
  • Website approvals
  • Invoices

to the payment provider in defence of the claim.


22. Limitation of Liability

Into The Wild Studios Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of revenue
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Third-party software failures
  • Search engine algorithm changes
  • Website downtime beyond our reasonable control

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the total amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.


23. Force Majeure

Into The Wild Studios Ltd shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services where caused by events beyond our reasonable control including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Internet outages
  • Cyber attacks
  • Power failures
  • Government restrictions
  • Serious illness
  • Third-party supplier failures

24. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


25. Acceptance

By placing an order with Into The Wild Studios Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
